Jason H. Rubens

Jason H. Rubens is a partner in the firm. Mr. Rubens attended the Universtity of Arizona graduating with Honors and Cum Laude in 1992. He was awarded a dean’s scholarship to attend the College of Law at Depaul University and graduated in 1995.
Mr. Rubens has been licensed to practice law by The State of Illinois, the 7th Circuit Federal Court and the State of Arizona. In Illinois he built a busy 4 lawyer law firm working in Workers Compensation and Personal Injury. He has extensive trial experience and has settled millions of dollars in accident or injury claims. He is proud of obtaining results in a fast manner without compromising his clients interests.
Mr. Rubens successfully argued before the Illinois Supreme Court winning an influential decision that created new law. The decision provided compensation for his client, and numerous future victims in the same position.
Mr. Rubens enjoys time with his wife and three young children, traveling and playing golf.

Jonathan Winick

Mr. Winick is a partner in the firm. Mr. Winick attended the University of Arizona graduating in 1991. He then attended the University of Arizona College of Law where he was awarded the honor of being a member of the Law Review and graduated in 1994.

Mr. Winick is a member of the Arizona State Bar. His focus is on helping clients who have been involved in accidents or have personal injury claims. In his time away from law he enjoys hiking, swimming and scuba diving.
